The beginning is all sad and makes you remember times when you felt like this and then the ending gives you hope and makes you feel better about it all. I liked how you put it "someone manages to reach me" and "my heart melts into raindrops" really reflects the topic of the poem.

Very beautiful poem. I identify with it well because of certain recurring events in my life.
