InnocentSinIncarnate 2005-09-23 . chapter 1I love the prologue! Love how you worded the dialogue and the thoughts. The beginning is kinda hard to understand though...but the story is so very well written! Well...the prologue at least, since that's all I've read so far...
I love the very last sentence!Sorry, but I really do like the prologue...and I'm beginning to like the name, Calcifer...though it does remind me of Lucifer, and I like that name a lot, too.

Blake Wales 2004-12-17 . chapter 18Very nice, and very poetic. A just and fair ending. Appropriate for Calcifer. Aria's dive-bombs are a sight for sore eyes. Thank goodness Firewind found peace of mind at last.
What can be said that your fiction hasn't already said for itself? You have become much more than you began with, and the waltz you have created comes as naturally to my eyes and ears as it were my favorite movie.
Your descriptive paragraphs are sometimes removed from the scene, but you tie them into the plot seamlessly, as you have so clearly done in your other fictions. It is nice to know that even Calcifer can change, even if not to appreciate a good dive-bomb.
I am sorry I did not read all of it sooner. As a close friend, I am glad I had the chance to read the end of your greatest fiction yet. I suppose I'll talk to you later? |
Blake Wales 2004-12-17 . chapter 16Now THAT's suspense. I tell ya! Even though Calcifer does not have his former abilities, his mentoring of Firewind was a nice touch. This battle will be quite interesting.
... Might I ask who the mysterious white dragon who aided and healed Aria was? *eyebrows raised* I would never have a problem with you borrowing him once in a while. You have my complete permission. nevermind - on to the ending! |
Blake Wales 2004-12-17 . chapter 15uh oh. that can't be good. turn the page, turn the page! |
Blake Wales 2004-12-17 . chapter 14you've got me going, now, old friend. I think I will have to read it all the way through.
nice descriptive paragraphs. It seemed as though you didn't need my help after all. |
nightdragon0 2004-09-07 . chapter 18Definitely an interesting read with all the dragons around, along with a bit on the 'mysterious' side I feel.
It's nice getting a feel of each of the dragons individually before putting them all together! |
danilion 2004-07-14 . chapter 15*eep* you have one scary chapter there! That bad guy is well done, nicely mysterious.
Only the flashbacks can be a little confusing; and the bit about eyes widening - I assume Firewind's. But not very obvious. |
Blake Wales 2004-07-02 . chapter 13suspense is building... Meredith is a nice mix of comic relief and a dynamic character.
don't work too hard, Calcifer. Silverheart agrees, as the white dragon always has something on his mind besides sleep. c u in ur e-mails... |
 danilion 2004-06-24 . chapter 14goodie goodie. But who's the evil voice? I don't think it's the orb, the orb should be a good guy-orb. =) |
Blake Wales 2004-06-22 . chapter 11the plot thickens... my my my... the planes are threatened, and the plot solidifies. very good indeed. oh, thank you for the dedication. returning the favor, I suppose? Anyway, the svchost error is persisting - it will be a few days before I post chapter 2 or e-mail you. Thank you for cheering -me- up. ^_^ |
Blake Wales 2004-06-22 . chapter 10Very enjoyable. It brings back the typical and memorable Calcifer persona. Quite a character he is. Death serves the Planesmaster, now? Sheesh. Silverheart will be surprised... |
Blake Wales 2004-06-21 . chapter 9more valuable insight into this intriguing dragon. our e-mails do not suggest Calcifer is the the dozing-off type... how cute. I like reading these stories. |
danilion 2004-04-03 . chapter 9hmm... was that supposed to hint at something? :) |
Blake Wales 2004-03-26 . chapter 7YAY! More character dragons! I'm enjoying this chapter.
... the Death Herald? |
Blake Wales 2004-03-26 . chapter 6Interesting. Your descriptions are improving, here. Less dialogue then usual, but insight into Calcifer's good-intended personality provides a delicious snack for the reader. Not bad at all. |
