I like this poem a lot! It's so true, just the idea in general, and the poem is beautifully worded. The last paragraph thingy is awesome, by the way.

I usually don't read poems like these.. I tend to prefer those that rhyme. Yours is a definate exception, however. I love the words you used to describe these changes. I love the fourth stanza best. Great work, keep writing.
