Briel 2004-10-24 . chapter 4 Oh come on! Update this. Please don't make the character demons etc. They're much more perfect as humans. If you ever kill off Neko...well...don't you even try. Neko kicks **.
(this is my fourth time reading this...) |

 Psycho Idiot 2003-09-20 . chapter 5wait.. was chapter 4 the story? |
flowers for ophelia 2003-09-16 . chapter 3Lol, I'm falling in love with Cyrus.
Well, maybe not, but he *really* makes me laugh.
Not going to bother analysing this chapter cause I'm running out of time (places to go, people to see... *sigh*)
but it was brilliant as always.
Cyrus is very humourous... even when he's angry, you get the sense that he's just about to burst out laughing. The whole twisted psychokiller thing and all... I think I read too much Stephen King.
In any case, keep up the good work, email me if you like, and update ASAP!
love alwayz

flowers for ophelia 2003-09-16 . chapter 2lol, cocky bastard, isn't he?
I like the way Cyrus is written...he makes me giggle a bit.
He's a contrast to Collin; he hasn't got any regrets. And I don't think he plans in the same way, does he?
He's too conceited and stuck up to think he could every possibly make a mistake. Am I right?
He's still smart though. As smart as Collin even. Determined. Another one who knows what he wants and gets it.
I get the feeling you wrote this when you were tired... the editing isn't as good as the last chapter, but its hardly noticeable so I wouldn't worry.
Uh what else. I like Matt, and the way its written. His naivety (is that a word?)is a little unrealistic, but other then that he's good.
Especially the way he hesitates, and isn't too sure of his own feelings... I love it.
Cyrus is very dominating... but somehow I like him much better then Collin.
But the ending of the chapter is a bit... iffy. He 'smelt a young man with blood on his hands'. huh?!
It also makes him look strangely uncautious... he just left Matt there. What would've happened if his mates came back?
But he's awfully perceptive when it comes to Collin. Maybe unbelievably so, which makes it slightly awkward, but it sticks anyway so that's ok.
Love the last line... made me laugh like crazy. |
flowers for ophelia 2003-09-16 . chapter 1Wow, a remarkably sudden first chapter. I met Collin for like 3 paragraphs, and then he was killing his mother.
Wow! That's all I can say.
It's an ambitious first chapter, but suprisingly enough it works.
Dare I make a few assumptions?
I think that Collin isn't as bad as he wants everyone to think... as shown with Neko, who it seems he really cares for, especially as he takes Neko with him, instead of leaving him there to burn. And that he's closer with his mother then his father... his dad bashed him, correct? And he threw up after he killed his mother, so he was somewhat regretful.
At the same time, he's deliciously smart... one of those guys that have the looks and the brains to get anything they want, and they *know* it. He had the presence of mind to plan this a while ago... and he cleaned up. So cold and calculated, but at the same time caring to those who are good to him? Interesting.
Anyway, other then that, enjoying this as much as I enjoyed your other story.
My reviews are getting freakishly long, but I like to lavish praise where its due...
With that, I'm off to the next chapter... ->
love alwayz
