Interesting ... red stuffing ... it makes me smile since it's the first I've ever thought of it that way...

BTW, I'm proud you didn't give in.

Some very effective words... "berate" and "dissipate", etc. And comparing the blood to red stuffing is a nice idea, along with the 'breaking open'... makes you think of people as giant walking teddy bears. At least, it does me. I'm odd like that.
