Lellida 2005-07-05 . chapter 1
Lovely and nostalgic in a morbid sense. The first stanza really gripped me, especially the chilling last line "And they don't clap for you anymore." I like how you tied in a whole bunch of nursery rhymes. It just adds to the sad innocent feeling of the poem.

I love this poem. for me, it is representing fantasies, ones that are growing fewer and fewer remembered and retold. I find it sad, because as these fantasies of fairies and all other imaginary creatures fade, I am still desperately trying to keep them with me, live my life in that fairytale dream. I still hold onto the tale of Peter pan and wish never to grow up..

Ah! My favorite kind of poem that's becoming scarcer and scarcer to find.

I can't put into words how much I like this, so I'm just going to leave it at that.
