Dude, this story is awesome. I'm not sure I see what you wrote the story about but I can see the pain and the raw emotion put into it.The title is fitting and I must congradulate you..you made me shiver as I read the last few lines. This has got to be one of the best short story I've read or been forced to read for school, but great job. The bad part? I've never heard the song you use even though I know both bands who've done it. Great job. There's no need for questions here. It's perfection. At least to me.

This has a real displaced quality to it I think, which really gives power to the discription of the situation. Such sadness... I love the last two sentences; so emotive in their simplicity. Beautiful.
