You have a good writing style. It was smart to put in the summery that it was religious, or you would hae gotten a lot of flames, personaly I don't belive, but I respect those who do for their time and effort

I'm not religious by any means, but I love theology. So on with it! Hee :).

The first sentence immediately grabbed my attention. Nice job on that. I like the emphasis on how Sari was a woman and a peasant (I'm guessing the lowest type of person in the Roman world other than a prostitute). It showed how anyone can love a religious figure as Jesus no matter your rank or sex.

Very dramatic...almost melodramatic. But nicely done.
