All the descriptive words in this haiku really helped it to flow nicely. I can always pull something meaningful from your work, and this is no exception. The pottery shards to me are the broken pieces of dreams... I know this is probably not what you had in mind, but that's the sign of good poetry. And the dreams in your sleep taunt you. That's what I pulled out of it, anyway.
