| glitterjewele 2003-10-25 ch 1, | wow, very deep this one. especially by the end i was reading it on several levels simultaneously. it reads like prose, particularly at the beginning, but that actually works really well here. the flow is great ~ which i attribute to the prose-like style, and it adds a lot to the piece itself. my favorite parts were the mention of the jackal (it kinda jarred me into a different mind set, which made everything more painful and vivid ~ it was kind of like the doorway into her tortured mind, actually, certainly very effective), and the imaginary purple clouds were really intriguing as well. liked the title, especially in perspective. awesome job chica, you rock! :) |
