Because of the title I was expecting it to go on a bit longer for the "Too Late" part. It leaves me wondering...

I can tell you're doing something with the number of syllables per line or something, because of your choice as to how to word phrases, but I'm not sure exactly. I was most definately not expecting that twist at the end. I don't quite understand her/his feelings, why she's saying that. But it's a really interesting poem. Not all that lyrical, but for this content I think that's probably what you were going for.
