Wow... this is insanley poignant and powerful. The opening lines with the ashes of a thousand years and more was amazing!

That is some intense wording... I love this poem a lot; it's got beautiful fluidity to it.

Ah, wonderful ending, it places an intense feeling of confusion and dark realization upon the reader. Nice job with the metaphors; I like them very much. I'll try to catch up with your writing...

~Heart of the Sword

This poem was really cool. I don't mind that you wrote it in the slightest. The only part that I felt was choppy was this one:

Like a second layer
Of a rotten onion.

It's a good simile on its own but for some reason I felt it cut in with the rhythm of the poem. Otherwise this is excellent. Now I have to read "Faust."

Cool, very cool...my favorite lines are,"Call me the fallen angel, a lost son of God

Even without a name I‘ll cause you to shiver… " Just love it , LOVE IT!
