Some of the romantic description could be a little newer; I get the sense that you just told yourself this was cliché and let go on a little of it. But just a little. Very good pace this story has. Sentences of SSar inversion now invades. Grammar of SSar falling to pieces is now. Ouch.

Yep- Definately the most cliché story you've ever written- but it's also the best horridly cliché story I've ever read.

Haha that's so good! I was so surprised when the dog started talking! And then the prince thing... it was a very fresh twist on cliched fairytales.
