Hey. This story is very very good. I can see the characters very vividly in my head, which is rare for me since I usually focus more on the plot than the characters. You did a good job matching up looks, personalities, thoughts, etc. The only problem I can see is a few typing/grammar errors or the wrong words and names in some places, but it is usually only one or two a chapter so it is understandable. I do them all the time...causes problems in school. ;)
One thing I will say is that while I can appreciate that you want people to review your story, you should try just writing for the sake of writing. You are a very good writer, but I think you are looking for other people to confirm this too much. Would you rather have someone read your story and review and then stop thinking about it because they've said what they wanted to say or would you rather have people read your story and walk away thinking about it and interpreting it for themselves. You've made it so that it is fun to analyze; the characters' relationships and interaction is very interesting. I know that when I stopped in chapter 30-something and went to the store, I thought about it a lot. I'm reviewing at the end now just to tell you that writing is self-expression with the key word being "self". Don't worry about who is reading it and what they think. Write for yourself. :)

i really like this story. ayla and randy are a very cute couple. i can totally relate to ayla. i'm half white half black too and some black people don't like me because i'm friends with white kids and some white kids don't like me just because they think i'm black. i don't usually go for slash, but jalil and jace are cute together. and nykell is a really cute character, she reminds me kinda of me(except for the skipping a grade part). update soon...this story is interesting.

I'm unforgiveable. I've been reading this story from the beginning and just realised I never even reviewed once. Sorry, sorry. I was sure I had. You have good characterisation in the story, most of the characters are endearing (I fail to like Larissa and Nykell all that much but that's surely due to unrelating factors) and the different pov's work tip-top. I know you're already done with the story but yeah.. keep writing anyway.
