ch 1, 		abusedistant cousin to great dinosaur,

little chicken must now peck about,

grab a fleeting cockroach when they can,

living out their sentence imprisoned,all we know of hen's caged life from birth,

laying eggs by thousands without care,

most people have never wringed thin neck,

boiled feathered creature to then pluck,

woken to rooster's crowing early,

or watched proud ** fighting to life's end,

so they believe that chicken's coward,

never having seen them in the wild,

pheasant beauty shimmering bright red.
