I read this awhile ago, when you sent it to me... but I don't know if I ever reviewed it to you... so here I am. I loved the imagery and details you used in describing the scenes and emotions. The piece itself is moving. You did great.

Sad. This reminds me of my own dead grandmother. My mom had her ashes in the house for a time and she spoke to the urn like she would a human. "Patti, move. I'm trying to vaccume." or "Patti, stay there while I clean up this mess." I hope that your mom didn't do this. Mine freaked me out.
