this one is definatley the sadder of the two endings! and dont u friggin dare give up violin or i'll choke u!! i dont think i have to tell u that, though. ur not gonna give it up, r u? good! i liked the happier ending better, but only because im a happy person! HAHAHA! yea...

Wow, Caroline, you are a great writer! That's all I can say X3. It looks like someone has schizophrenia issues *cough*talks to violin*cough*. But seriously, that was a great way to portray her care towards the violin and her deep desire to keep playing. Could this story be based on someone I know o_O?

Alright. By now, you should know I love everything you ever write, and I hate you for how much better you are than I am. This story is so depressing... Wow. Ya. I know. I'm a terrible friend that thinks you have too many commitments... but ever think it was all just jealousy? No. I didn’t think so. Neh. You are the violinist though, I know it now. Whether you play sweet wilting notes on your keyboard or your violin, it echoes sweet, sad words in my ear either way.

Really moving. Obviously a lot of thought put into choice of words. Excellent "composition".

I liked the second ending better than the first. The second was more clear on what was happening. I think it would be better if you added more detail to the story, or maybe that is just me. It's good though, I like the idea, and the symbolism.

Both of these were sad (in a good way) I think I like the first one better. I can sort of relate to it. I have a friend who is in four school bands, three outside of school, not to mention three choirs and has one of hte lead roles in the all school play. To me and the rest of my friends that commitment IS unthinkable.
