abuseThank you very much for reviewing my poem Unwanted.
i love the way you write. Your words have the quality of an ancient scroll unrolling and revealing itself. and don't worry, your words don't even reveal that your greek ^_^ You write extremely well
P.S. I'm sorry that I didn't leave enough reviews for "Brother Sun..." I loved the story, but I'm the worst procastinator on earth. I kept putting off the reviewing. Besides, I'm not really good at it. :) but congratulations for writing such a great story. I loved the duality of the characters, especially Talanion.

abuseFascinating. I love the amount of detail you put into this. That humans would come to prominence because of brutal warfare isn't surprising. Please continue!
And thanks for your reviews!

abuseGood chapter. I was wondering how the Necromancers arose and what part Daynar would have to play in it. I assume the story will end with his discovery?
I do think it seems as though everything is always the Dorians' fault. Are there any stories that show them in more depth?
Perhaps for genetics you could use "hereditary" instead. Gets the idea across without referring to science, exactly.

abuseWow...the tone in the way you're recounting this history is awesome. It makes the history seem so poetic, tradgic poetic...but poetic...right...anyway, I really liked this tale of histories. It was extremely creative, I thought. It always takes me...DAYS to come up with past happenings for my worlds. Of course, I just hate world building anyway...
Back to your story...or whatever it is...Overall, it was really great and is it supposed to be for a story, or from a story?

abuseIs this going to be a story? If so, this is some very interesting and complex background histories, it's perfect. I can see that it's building to something...so I read on.

abuseWow. That was a really cool idea, to have dreams become reality (that's what it was suggesting, right?) and I especially loved how it was written. Very well done. The word choice was perfect and provided great imagery. Great.

abuseI'm sure you've heard this a dozen times over by now, but this strikes me as a very Tolkien-esque method of recounting the history of an entire world; generally, only major events are noted, with limited description. And yet, the world (Lokleran, in this case) suddenly seems more familiar, as if I'd seen it in a dream long ago. It seems more alive as well, now that I know more of its past.
I'm glad to have this for reference. Many of the events listed here are mentioned or hinted at in 'Brother Sun, Sister Moon', but it's much easier to understand how everything fits together when all of the pieces are in the same place.

abuseVery interesting. I wondered how the White Ones had lost prominence, and why the Goddess was so angry about it.
I did think that the use of "genetic" was a little strange. What perspective is the story told from? Is it one that knows about the laws of genetics? It doesn't seem to fit in with the poetic, fantastic tone of the rest.

abuseCarried away on the first read. Will read again plus the background. Thought provoking and a visual treat as always. A dozen thoughts are whizzing through my imagination at the moment. I can just see the first 3 chapters as forming the prologue to a movie.

abuseI love this! I was hoping for a more detailed explanation of Akretera's history (this after reading the impressively thorough timeline) and I got it! YES! Oh, man. I'm wondering what Aurion's bloodlines are (author's note and details influencing on this). That would be another interesting thing to put on your site. His lineage. And It's strange. I wonder how Ellerian reacted to the obliteration of a race she happily thought into being. So much covered in these little snips of Akreteran history. Continue onward!

abuseAh, very interesting! I love reading the legends and lore of this world you've created. I'm sure that this particular collection will tie everything together very nicely. I'm reminded of Tolkein by Brother Sun, Sister Moon, and the collections of legends and myths and historical stories you've written. I like them a lot; please continue!
