I'd love to review this in french, but the only french I know came from that ** Lady Marmalade song, so I'll do it in English.
Great. Smashing, awesome, best. I love it.

Cool! Hard to find a French haiku. i learned French, and i'm rusty but i could pretty much understand it in the original language. it sounds better and more fluent in french, but its good to have the translation for the people who can't. good work! ^_^

May I say something? Ok...this is sweet...but you make spelling mistakes in french...get a spell check program 'cause it really feels stupid to read a poem riddled with spelling mistakes...Mia

je suis étudiante de français, mais je ne comprends pas les mots de ton haiku. merci pour le traduction anglais. :)

This is beautiful. The 'understand each other well' sealed the haiku brilliantly, and I think that that line really made the whole thing distinct for me. The metaphor is great. It's the same for women too, you know. To live without passion? To be a soulless husk. *applauds* The French carries it off beautifully, of course; French does that.

Cleverly worded...it sounds beautiful in French, though what I understand of it I know only through my (extremely) limited knowledge of Latin. I definitely love the metaphor, and the implication...that a man without passion is like a wasted, rotten crop-something that has no purpose. I agree heartily!
