OK loophole!

""You mean the 'I'll grant you three wishes then go back to my lamp' genies? ... She had walked up to him and was scanning him head to toe. ..."

"I haven't taken off the spell on your legs yet you know.""

So if she was still bound by the spell, how did she supposedly "walk[ing] up to him"?

A beautiful, orignial story - a bit bittersweet at the end. Keep writing!

I absolutely loved it! :) I actually cried when Kyushin and Miori said goodbye after their year together and I wished Miori didn't wish that she'd forget Kyushin. If only Miori remembered him at the end of the story. I cried a lot of times when I read this. I loved it! What happened to the sequel? When I tried looking for it, It wasn't there. Did you take it down?
Please reply:)

hi! (:

I had finished To Stay Below The Sea when I saw that you had written some other stuff, so I went to your profile and read this.

All in all, I'd have to say this story was not as great as To Stay Below The Sea. The idea was pretty cool--I haven't seen a story about a genie before.

However, some of it was a little overdone. Her color-changing eyes, how it started off with her outdoing all those boys in basketball.

Unfortunately, I found myself a little bored by the first chapter. I kept going along but there weren't too many surprises.

I'd be convinced you were just some half-talented Fictionpress writer if I hadn't read To Stay Under The Sea; now *that* was a real story. This was a Fictionpress story.

So to sum it up, I hope I haven't hurt your feelings or made you mad; I was just trying to be honest. Please don't consider this a flame. Please keep writing, I'd like to see other stuff from you.

Damn. Seriously. . .daamn. This is the second story in the entire fictionpress that I'm actually really really attached to. I seriously and completely love this story. Would you believe me if I told you that I've read the entire thing through three times? I'll admit that the first time around that the ending disappointed me slightly, but then. .it's a unique ending, not one of those sappy silly ones or predictable ones. I like it- the entire story. The chemistry between the characters, the characters personalities and the storyline itself. Great job on the story and I hope you continue to write more wonderful storys(yes, I've checked out your other stories as well and now you're offically on my author alert list)

Hokkaido is nothing like Kentucky. And in Japan, we stay in our same classroom, with teachers who switch around, except for electives like music or gym. The class system is done by letter and number, and we only have three years of "High School" 1-A is the first year A class. 1-B, 1-C, 1-D. 2-A onward, 3-A, etcetera. Also, uniforms are purchased at a department store, and we use diffrent uniforms for summer and winter. Also, "Miori" would possibly be "san" to classmates, but most teachers call us -chan or -kun because we are younger. Other, more familiar suffix include -tan (cuter than chan) and -hime at times to show great respect with familiarity. -senpai might be used by a girl for her boyfriend as well as for an upperclassmen. And it is rare for boys to play basketball before class, this would be sometimg you would do in a basketball club. And nobody would ever talk about doing "you know what" because it would be too rude. If it had to be mentioned it would be done quietly and in a far more polite way. And why does this person talk to Miori without using any sort of suffix? That is too rude if they are not members of the same family or MAYBE spouses.

i feel like giving a real review this time, i was so tired last time that i didnt even write much D:.
I love the story no jokes, it's my fav story so far.
The story got me hooked from the very frist chapter all the way to the end and i didnt even stop reading. It took me over 6 hours reading it because im slow. I started like around 4am till all the way to 11am somthing. i was so sleepy but i didnt wanna close my eyes, i wnated to read it to the end. This is the first story for me to do that. If it was a different story i would of put it on hold and take a break to eat or watch movies and sleep. But this story... i was reading this with my eyes half closed and i couldnt stop at all. You should make part 2 and make her rememebr him! :)
Man i love this story so much, gonna re read it again in a few months. I'm not planning on forgetting this and im not lying or making up ** about what i said. This is going to sound a bit conry but this is from the bottem of my heart. :) keep up the grate work of your fanfics, ill be enjoying them.
Hann 2009-04-09 . chapter 16
