Aly, again I am speechless at your ability to put emotions into words. Not only did this poem touch me deeply, but it has also helped me realize something (as you always do ^_^). I now realize that I am using depresion as a comforter, and while i cannot always control my depresion, I at least know how to defend myself against it! Thanks again Aly!
