This is so incredibly powerful, as your work always is. The mere message of this poem, or rather, the way you CONVEY that message is astoundingly brilliant. Your language and word choice only added to the effect with you left your readers with. There's something so wonderfully poignant and meaningful to grasp here, but I can only sense it right now.
Okay, I think I may have it now. Trust is necessary between people for there to be any building up... you need a foundation first. That's what I picked up here: foundation. Brilliant work.
