I remember when you showed this to me, I kept thinking, "This is such a poem that might be written by Alfred T., or Edgar Allen Poe (get it, Allen?)"... as always, your rich, elevated style of poetry never ceases to amaze me whilst I read it. I love the message behind this; that longing for the forbidden which we know might hurt us... the fourth stanza was my favorite. Wonderful, wonderful work jerkette!
