Nice poem prefect for the holidays ^-^Keep writing!

Hi! Thanks for reviewing. :) I love people saying they've seen me around... it makes me feel like I'm making SOME difference in the world...
So. Anyway. I'm supposed to be reviewing a poem here. Ahem.
Short but to the point- I love "presence" and "presents"! :) I agree with the idea here- holidays are sort of external ways to find internal peace. And it's always nice to spend them with someone you love :)
In short, love it- must leave, I'm missing my Hamentaschen :)

A little too sentimental for my tastes, but I still liked it. I agree that Christmas is too commercialized these days, but next time try to take on a tone that doesn't accuse the reader emotionally. Keep writing.

:) this is so warm n' fuzzy ~ gotta love it. it brought all the memories of this Christmas back to me in full force. loved the bit that went

"cold sweeps through rafters
your warm hand in mine"

such an excellent and effective juxtaposition, it seemed to be the very heart of the piece. great work!
