| rollymc123 2004-01-16 ch 2, | abuseWow. Just...wow. Okay, here's another infamously thorough analysis, so please don't take any offense because I LOVE THIS STORY! Good: Unbelievable description, especially with the Heaven's Voice. You can't get /any/ better with that, and you completely blew me away. The character is interesting and I like how you take care to place certain emphasis on some events instead of others. I also like the fact that this is set in the future, though it took me a while to realize it. The fact that the guy is (as I'm guessing) Asian since I would imagine someone American to be more open to gayness. I'm predicting some family conflict in the future! ^-^ Grammar is great, I couldn't find /any/ mistakes whatsoever. The plot is quite a twister as well as completely out of the ordinary. Bad: It seems a bit awkward when you use foreign words in an English work because then the reader has to stop, scroll down to find out what it means, and find the place again. It breaks the flow of the story, and although you can ignore this, I suggest against it. Overall, you've set up an intriguing plot and I LOVE IT! ^-^ So please keep writing, and I hope that my review has been helpful, if not annoyingly extensive. |
