wow, powerful imagery. you caught me right from the beginning. i know you don't do love poems much but i'm not sure if you can classify this as a love poem. but you can, and i like this one 'cause as most love poems go they're all filled with flowery verses and how "i love thee, let me count the ways." your poems are pretty original, no cliches which is refreshing to see in a poet/writer.
