Now that I've passed the lecture... I like it, good idea. Well written, though description could be better. But it was good without, so it's really a personal choice.
Anyway, interesting idea and such, pulled it off well.

A few small grammar mistkes, but... good story. I like the girl's persistence and faith in her beliefs. You don't find traits like that often, anymore...
