Reviews For: The Man Who Hated the Moon
Melissa Lea Night 2004-02-27 . chapter 1
this is fabulous, i'm glad that i read it. first off it's great sci fi without it being so in your face technology, and also you got some great themes in this especially during the end when eric was talking about perfect lives, i really think you did well, i honestly don't have any complaints.

wow... I'm reminded of the Oscar Wilde poem "The Ballad of Reading Gaol" wherein he says "For each man kills the thing he loves..."... Very beautiful piece, very direct.
I like the irony of the situation - the one whom Herman loved the most was taken away because he had to destroy what he hated so much. I really like this piece a lot - you have some wonderful talent my friend.

Very interesting. Good moral. A few scientifucl errors, but nothing to worry about. As long as the storied good! (Which it is! ^_^)

Hmm...
Overall I'd have to say I liked it. It was interesting. Not really something I had expected. I like the irony in it, and it's also very satirical, or maybe I'm just crazy...
Thanks for making the stuff cherry red, I appreciated the laugh, Chris.
Just one thing though. I'd read through this again, Chris. You have several mistakes, missing words and such. I also think that maybe the font you used or something tunred your comas into periods or something. Don't bother with the spell check, the words that are messed up are real words, but obviously not what you meant. That's all I've got.
It was a good read none-the-less, just like always. Keep up the good work.

That was certainly an interesting story. The character descriptions were somewhat brief, but they were very detailed, as they made the story very interesting and more realistic, in a way. The relationship between Herman and his mother somewhat reminded me of "Psycho", in a way. But, anywho, nice work. I look forward to reading more of your stories.

Woah. That was very dramatic and emotional. I feel sorry for the guy for his condition with the moon.
