You've started this very well. I can't give you any advice on gangs, I have maybe less knowledge then you do. The powers you gave the 'gang' were very well done, I personally like shadow's power, it remind's me of one of my stories, The Shadows, if you want to read it. I don'r see many critical errors, just minor things that can go away with a little bit of editing. Keep up the good work, and I hope to see more of your story soon!
