Oh, so beautiful. The title alone is exquisite. Terra, of course, meaning Earth. Are you by any chance of the Pagan following? Heheh, This is wonderful though-- don't ever stop writing!

This comes across as dialogue by a guardian angel (or whatever) to their unhearing charge. As such it's very comforting. 'Enjoy the world in all it's glory; I will protect you little one.'

What an absolutely beautiful and comforting poem! I love it! Your parallel structure really helps the poem, and the descriptions put me right there. Keep writing!

I LOVE NATURE!
I write about it all the time! *as you know* Especially at night *again, nothing new*
I pity the child that has never sat out in the night under a flickering lamppost and enjoyed the night, listened to it, breathed it in.
Its so sad that we don't have time to just enjoy Nature anymore. I can't count how many times I've wanted to go to the Huntington Library and just sit down in the Japanese Garden to Meditate. If you’ve never been, you have to go. I swear, its so beautiful there, even with all the people. And I mean relatively many people. There really aren’t TOO many, but I just wish I could be alone. Its important to slow down and enjoy the little things sometimes or we’ll forget.
