ment 2004-02-09 ch 1,	oh my god...that was so perfect, my favourite line and what i thought was the best line was - 'An empty heart strengthened with the retreat of your steps' it was the third line and i could relate to that line very well, i could relate to the entire poem, BUT that line was the one that stood out. you're a great writer!

I love the line "A scarred and broken door, once opened, it's passage now denied," It really brought me into the poem, and made me feel the pain of it. I also loved the last line. It makes it seem like it's a relief it's over, but at the same time, things will never be the same. Awesome poem.
