Caught By Myself 2006-05-17 ch 9,	abuseHi, I found your story just today, and I read through it. I like Emily, though at first I didn't like her that much because of her personality. But then I read about her story at home and I understood. I like the way you write how she's being abused. Not very graphic. I mean, I know she has a broken wrist and all, but I just read later that she fell down the stairs?! Which brings me to my second point: I hate the man she calls her father! And I can't wait until Psych beats him to the pulp. Ryan is the sweet one, though. I can't choose betweent the two boys just yet. If Psych becomes Emily's friend, then she's really, really lucky to have him, red hair and all. I would like to see more of Ryan, because I'm still rooting for him and Emily to end up together. :)

You described it exactly how my friends and I always played it. And I could have sworn I made it up...but maybe I just picked it up from someone else? It was so long ago, that all I really remember is that I was the one who introduced the game to my friends. Heh, I was a creative little thing back then. I made up a lot of games my friends and I would play. shakes head** That is seriously W-E-I-R-D. But, pretty cool nontheless. ^_^ I'll probably review again after I'm finished reading the rest of the chapters you have posted. ~Cherrio!~

Yeah, you're right more character development but I like it the way it is because it is told with such simplicity yet leave the character somewhat of an enigma. I really like how Emily is portray. I have a feeling there is something we don't know about Ryan as well. I also want to know how you will develop Emily's and Ryan's relationhip. Well I hope you do finish this story eventually because I'm intrigue on how it will end. Good luck with your student teaching. Thanks.

I also like that Emily and Ryan are being more intimate by holding hands and whatnot. I hate to see what her dad does about all of this, however. Can't be good.

Only One In All 2006-03-31 ch 8,	abuseI can't believe you would do this to us :/ I was getting really into the story, and while I'm not physically abused, verbally can be a different story. Reading this reminded me of my own story and I also felt so sympathetic for Emily. It'd be great if you can continue and finish it up! The writing gets a little clunky at times, but otherwise, it's great! =)
