I completely agree with you on your views on Bellatrix. She's a wonderful character, though not my favorite. I tend to prefer side characters and absolutely love a well-written villain. My favorites are Peeves, the twins, Sirius, Remus and Draco. I'm not too fond of Harry and Hermione, though. They just get on my nerves.

This is so great! I'm not the only one who favors the psychos! Awesome description of Bella-I LOVE the trial scene with her--so good! I find that I always sympathize with the wierdos in every story I read--my mother is on her third novel and (though I'm not allowed to read all the parts) my favorite character is a psychopath who owns a butcher shop. His name is Ralf and he is hired to get rid of a woman's body that the main character killed. He ends up grinding the body into sausage and serving it at his deli--its the hit of the day! I love him! I also am in love with the character Gollum from LOTR--he's hilarious. Keep writing!

absolutely wonderful! I thought it would be something much darker than it actually was, but instead of being horribly dissapointed i was delightfully intrigued and this became the very first essay that i enjoyed! okay thats sortof a lie, i enjoyed one or two before this one, but not on the same level! This was amazingly well thought out, and even though it does sound like a class assignment you probably were curious as to what (if anything) is/was wrong with you!
oh and hooray for the english language, i loves it good...

this is really good, and very well written. it brings into light some things that you don't really notice. i found the part about Bellatrix the star interesting

Me, I try to forget anything I know about Harry Potter. The series is sick. Not because of any pseudo-religious objection, but the woman is a horrible, horrible writer. And I forced myself to read it, because I had nothing else. Damn me.

Well, at least you didn't write a story whose lead character was not only a homicidal maniac but shared several personality traits with yourself, like I did once!

wow. from the description i thought this was going to be something completely different. you're funny. your obsession with her. you make good points though. was this for a class? it's in an essay type format. hope you got a good grade, seems like a lot of work went into it.
