Good placement of this chapter, although I think it's quite a mixed bag. It might have been a good idea to focus more on one character (maybe Aurai), although that might not have really made sense considering what had just happened at the end of the last Act. ^^;
It was quite unexpected to suddenly look back at events like that, but it does give more of an insight on events that had been referred to up until now.
Only one slight niggle... are Aurai and Rio supposed to be about 1 year old in the first few sections? (Since we are told that Dais is just less than 1, and they are all about the same age.) I don't really think that 1 year olds would be able to talk and run and play as well as that.
