Definitely a good description of what happens in meditation. Though the chanting and everything isn't the only type of meditation there is. Most people don't understand it, but I meditate better while dancing. Of course, I'm disconnected from my body normally. So my meditation is aimed at uniting all of myself and dance is a good way to do that.

Because I don't practice any forms of meditation, I cannot honestly say that I can feel as you feel. But nevertheless, this is an ethereal poem almost. It almost feels otherwordly. I guess that that is a by product of meditation itself.
