Amusing banter between the two boys. Darren comes across as a more pensive, even shy person, whereas Timmy comes off as a more uninhibited and impulsive person. I hope you continue with this!

The last paragraph is great. I like the metaphors used here. It implies (to me at least) that Darren's a virgin, but even if he's not, I guess he is like a "new bottle" to Timmy. Hopefuly, he won't just be another bottle to be tosed away once Timmy's thirst is quenched, if you get my drift.

I can picture the musician in my mind; I'm getting warm and fuzzy feelings just thinking about him! Please continue with this! This chapter might do well as a stand-alone story, with the addition of a melancholy conclusion.

Intriguing--quite. You said it was not finished but that piece, I believe, could survive solo (not to say that it should not be completed!). Nice work.
