Great piece, straight from the heart, and I can relate. Criticism and reproach is exactly NOT the thing that helps when one is desperate or whatever. I wish people would understand that better ... You expressed that really well in your poem, and the cry for help, which is there right from the start in a more subdued tone, comes across really powerfully at the end.
