Short little stanzas but to the point. Advice (im good at this...) :Take the picture down.
But seriously i know how you feel, as everyone on this site probably does because we're all manic depressives. It'll pass and thats a promise.
In the meantime however, write through the pain, it works well for you in poetry form.
