I think this is the best of all your works. I haven't read them all yet, but this is the best one so far.

Wow... That was... really sad! But it was some excellent writing. Your imagery was vivid, and the whole poem was very emotional. I look forward to reading more of your stories/poems!

I really like the part where he talks to the father and he lies to the what parents would do to protect them right?
the part where the farmer falls and the reference to stamina reminds me of the long winter- that short story from 8th grade lol.. thats where i know the owrd from...
