This is very creative, I like the whole idea of it. There could be more description, but it's fine the way it is. I got a little confused when you where talking about the type of fighting, I don't quite understand it, but then again, I don't understand a lot. This reminds me faintly of The Giver, in a completely odd sort of way, mostly because it seems like a very controlling government.
