Beautiful. I like the atmosphere of longing and wistfulness and moonshine that is created, already through the title. A lovely piece, and I agree with Ivriniel, the frame with the repetitions at the beginning and end is a nice idea, and that fourth stanza is really strong and impactful with the one-word-lines and their parallelism. I really like this poem a lot.

Why is it that the best poetry is always written in times of distress or depression or confusion? It is the best time to unleash the emotions we bottle up after every tiny thing that we go through each day. *Sigh* Very nice, and most likely severalfold more meaningful than I can ever realize. Seriously, I do like your stuff, quit worrying.

I love that one. I like the repitition at the end and that part with only one word in a line.

I really like the flow of this. I'm not the best with interpreting poetry, but I think I'm getting the jist of it when I say that the narrator is missing "the good old days" and her old friendships. The sense of melancholy surrounding her reminiscence is palpable, and I dunno... it touched me. I feel like I can relate. Good job. :o)
