Don't be afraid to write unconventionally to express yourself more freely. Poetry doesn't have to rhyme to be great, some of what I view to be my best work doesn't rhyme. Again, don't limit yourself, be the best author you can be! If this means that you want to stick to rhyming, that's great. Just don't be afraid to step out of that comfort zone to write something different. Good luck!
