Wow... That has the whole shock-poetry going on, doesn't it? The imagery is very well done...
Perhaps a few metaphors would've added to the general feel of it. "The blood spatters, creating blood-red roses on my thigh" or something like that. Oh wait--I want that now! *steals back previous example* Mine!

This is a very good poem -- expresses the emotions and imagery well. That being said I think it would be better off in the poetry section. But it was very good nevertheless.
