Steelsings 2004-04-12 . chapter 1How do you remember this kind of stuff? Every time I try to remember anything from my life that is the past - also known as anything done 24 hours ago - I want to vomit, Polyam, or smother myself with a pillow. My life has been one big embarassment. But this, ah, wonderful. See now if it was me that saw that bee, I'd say to heck with keeping the four-year-old happy, I'm going to run screaming and flailing my arms like a maniac into the house, then preferably the bathroom because it has a lock on it, and lock myself inside until I was completely convinced there was no bee within a hundred meters of my current position. Congratulations, you have better self-control than me. *thinks* Wait, due to past experiences we've had together, nevermind ;) I love how you write all these memory-fictions, there's something about them, they have their own tone, their own quality. But I'm yammering and you're probably waiting for another fan to come along and compliment you, so I'll review your last piece. |
Bethy 2004-04-11 . chapter 1 Wow, that sent shivers down my spine... (that means it's good) really well written. I like how you wrote it as if you were telling it to your little sister, there is only one small slip where you reffered (sp) to Chris as 'you' instead of Chris but that is just a minor little thing that probably doesn't need to be fixed. Another story well written!
