I can perfectlyrelate to your angst...The end rhymes at the end of every stanza is a nice touch, and i specially like it because it does not take away from the darkness of your poem.

Hurt weighs down on you like a handful of bricks. This is also good.

The last stanza ended the poem with a great power and image. A saddened one but it intrigued me. I liked this one a lot!
