It's true...love has been so overused that it has become nothing more than a meaningless bromide. But we need to also realize that, without love, life is pointless. Good job getting your point across so poetically and creatively. Keep writing!

This is an excellent and very well considered piece. So very well thought out with perfect flow and tempo.
Minor point: Last stanza; line 12, "lingo" should be "limbo" as lingo is a way of talking, and Limbo is a state of existence.
Other than that this is a truly excellent piece.
