This is such a beautiful piece... so calm and yet not... it carries such... almost surprise when truly realisation kicks in. I must admit to having a bit of a challenge with the vocab :-P not being English and all that...;-) but I think you've used it so well for such rich description... really something that touches the heart.

Oh, beautifully written, with lots of sadness and unanwered questions. The way the words play around each other are intricate in a simple enough way, and contain just the right amount of bitter emotion. Lovely job.

This piece is amazing. Sometime I myself wonder how on earth He could love me still after all the wrong and sin-filled things I've done.. Yet I am so thankful and relieved that he *does* continue to do so! This piece really expressed some of the confusion and despair that I'm sure many people have felt. Your insight is amazing, and this poem is helped along by its beautiful flow and depth. Its a beautful piece - I love it!

The concept is certainly an admirable one to write about it (though it is unfathomable to me). I love Him because He first loved me; who knows what led Him to make that first move. Your flow and thoughts all mingled together in a discreetly yet magnificently composed way. I really love that first line... just beautiful.

This is beautiful. Your depth of insight is amazing, and I like the complexity and sophistication of your diction, your language and your trains of thought (such as in the first line.) Your imagery is lovely, tender and deep. The term that struck me most in this poem is "devotion", that has really touched my heart, it's so true, we usually think we have to show "devotion" to Him, but in fact He is 100% devoted to us, inspite of all our unfaithfulness. Beautiful insight.
