| Hershey249 2005-09-04 ch 1, | Ah...one of my favorite folky-type songs has a similar theme to this, but not the exact same tone. The rhythm in this is perfect, it could easily be made into a song as well, though it might be the kind of poem best left in its original form. Echoes cease to make a sound...I love that. Very cool. My only other comment is that perhaps you meant "maybe in the mountain air ARE thinned." Just me being the grammar nitpick. :P Other than that, this is profound and beautiful. |

| Nails For Your Crucifix 2004-04-24 ch 1, | Very nice. It has a great flow and wonderful imagery. Last lines pull everything together. At first I thought this was a sonnet but this isn't iambic pentameter. Oh well. It's still good. |
