Perhaps most effectively read in either autumn or winter, when the weather is cool, and life is generally far, far away. This poem has images of solidarity and abandonment, yet hope remains. This poem could be manipulated to represent not only faith, but life itself.

Really pretty. I can't put my finger on exaactly what I liked so much about it, but... it's good.
