Interesting. I like that it's always "Divine Parent" instead of gender-specific, though I admit I don't know where you're going with that. Good imagery, diction... nice rhythm. Yes, very Dante-esque.
And, of course... the Great and Immortal Wilde rocks my socks. ;)
